Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian and Humana, and we file the claims for you. If you have no insurance, our in-house membership plan is $499 a year for Gold and $699 a year for Platinum, and it covers exams, X-rays and cleanings with a discount on treatment. New patients without a plan can start with the $229 visit instead.
- Bring your insurance card and a photo ID to your first visit.
- Tell us if you are in pain when you book so we can shorten the wait.
- Ask about the membership plan on the phone; there are no waiting periods.
