Usually not. Insurance pays for function, not appearance, so whitening and veneers placed for looks are almost always out of pocket. If a tooth also needs restoring for health reasons, part of the work may be covered. We check and tell you which parts qualify.

Traditional veneers require removing a thin layer of enamel, which does not grow back, so that tooth will always need a covering. Some cases suit minimal-prep veneers or bonding instead. We show you exactly how much enamel your case needs before you decide.

Porcelain veneers commonly last ten to fifteen years or more with good care. Bonding usually lasts three to seven years and can chip or stain. Whitening fades over months to a couple of years depending on coffee, tea, red wine and smoking. Touch-ups are normal, not failure.

For larger cases we use photos and a mock-up so you can see the proposed shape before anything permanent happens. We do not publish before and after galleries of patients who haven't given us written consent, so we'll show you your own case rather than someone else's.

Order matters. We usually straighten first with clear aligners, then whiten, then add bonding or veneers only where they're still needed. Doing it in that order often means less drilling and a smaller bill than jumping straight to veneers.
