Are you open on weekends?
Yes. We see patients Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, plus Monday through Friday. We are open seven days a week so you don't have to give up a workday to see a dentist.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major PPO plans, including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Guardian and Humana. We file the claims for you. If you're not sure about your plan, call us at (224) 459-1270 and we'll check it before your visit.
What if I don't have insurance?
Our membership plan is built for exactly that. Gold is $499 a year and Platinum is $699 a year, and both include your exams, X-rays and cleanings plus a discount on treatment. No maximums, no deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods.
I'm anxious about the dentist. What do you do differently?
We treat one patient at a time, so the office isn't busy around you. Our Comfort Menu includes a warm neck pillow, a soft blanket, and a professional hand holder: a team member whose only job in that moment is to hold your hand. Tell us you're nervous and we'll take it from there.
Do you see dental emergencies?
Yes. If something hurts or something has broken, call us and we'll find you a same-week appointment where we can. That visit is focused on diagnosing and relieving the problem rather than a cleaning.
What happens at a first visit?
If you're healthy and due, we do a comprehensive exam, a visual tour of your smile, and a cleaning in the same visit. If something is wrong, we focus on the problem first and schedule your cleaning separately. Our new patient special is $229 and covers the exam, digital X-rays, cleaning and treatment consultation.
