Dear Dr. Turnwald,
I’d like to thank you and your staff for such compassionate service. I don’t live in Illinois anymore but was recently visiting my mom in in a nearby nursing home. I phoned your office when my mom’s dentures were misplaced to try to get an appointment to get them replaced. I wasn’t going to be in state for too long and Kim worked with me to fit us in before I returned home. My mothers dentures were eventually found so I called your office to talk to Kim about getting them cleaned. Again, she fit us in and ensured I could get them cleaned for my mom before I returned, free of charge. Kim is a true gem!
Thank you and your staff for such compassion. Although I no longer live there, I’ve told everyone back there in Illinois what a beautiful office and wonderful staff you have there. You should be very proud of what a wonderful practice you have.
